This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Reidxsoft. By using DualShots, you agree to these terms and Apple's standard EULA.
This EULA supplements and incorporates by reference the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"). In the event of a conflict between this EULA and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall take precedence to the extent required by Apple's policies.
By downloading, installing, or using DualShots (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by both this EULA and the Apple Standard EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, do not download or use the App.
Reidxsoft ("we", "us", "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

DualShots offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions, managed entirely by the Apple App Store:
All payments and refund requests are handled by Apple. For refund inquiries, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
All photos, videos, and other media captured using DualShots ("User Content") are stored locally on your device and saved to your Photo Library. We do not upload, access, store, or transmit your User Content to our servers or any third party.
You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to your User Content. We claim no rights over the content you create using the App.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
The App — including its design, source code, user interface, graphics, logos, icons, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Reidxsoft and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
"DualShots" and the DualShots logo are trademarks of Reidxsoft. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REIDXSOFT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you actually paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reidxsoft and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the App from your devices and canceling any active subscriptions.
Reidxsoft may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, bug fixes, or new features for the App. We are not obligated to provide maintenance or support services. To the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law, Apple (not Reidxsoft) shall be obligated to furnish such services, as outlined in the Apple Standard EULA.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations when using the App, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
