By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

We integrate the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:
On iOS 14.5 and later, the App requests your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before collecting your IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or sharing data with third parties for tracking purposes. You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
If you decline tracking, we will not collect your IDFA, and advertising attribution data will not be shared with third-party ad networks. The core functionality of the App remains fully available regardless of your tracking preference.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the information processed by our App:
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@reidxsoft.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
In addition to the rights listed above, EU/EEA residents may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority if they believe their data protection rights have been violated.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the applicable age, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. When data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or reliance on the service provider's certification under an applicable data transfer framework.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
